Picton Accommodation
At Alexanders Holiday Park, we run a quiet, friendly family camp with spacious sites and a diverse range of clean, tidy and comfortable accommodation. We provide a combination of cabins as well as powered and non-powered sites for tents and caravans.
Ensuite Cabins
All one room (1 double and 2 single beds (bunk)), sleeps to to 4. Please note double bed comes made up. Table and chairs, heater, electric jug, toaster, cutlery, crockery, free tea and coffee. Linen can be hired at $10 per bed per night.
Tariff: $120 for 1-2 persons, extra adult $30, child $15
Kitchen Cabins
All one room, sleeps 2-6. TV, use of communal showers and toilets. Linen can be hired at $10 per bed per night.
Tariff: $100 for 1-2 persons, extra adult $30, child $15
Standard Cabins
All one room, sleeps 2-5. Toaster, jug, use of communal showers, toilets and kitchen. Linen can be hired at $10 per bed per night.
Tariff: $70-$75 for 1-2 persons, extra adult $30, child $15
Deluxe Standard Cabin
All one room (1 double and 2 single beds (bunk)), sleeps up to 4. Table and chairs, heater, electric jug, toaster, cutlery, crockery, free tea and coffee. Linen can be hired at $10 per bed per night.

Non-power Sites
Suitable for tents, caravans or campervans that don't require power.
Tariff: $50 per 2 persons
Powered Sites
Suitable for tents, caravans or campervans that require power.
Tariff: $50 per 2 persons

Cancellation Policy
For normal trading time excluding holidays.
If the customer informs us within 72 hours prior to arrival date, a full refund will be given or no charge made if we can relet the room less a $30.00 booking fee, unless special circumstances.
If we are unable to relet the room, there will be no refund.
For the night before or the day of arrival, no refund will be given.
For holiday periods, there may be no refund unless 4 weeks notice is given.
Outside the 4 week period, there will be a refund less the booking fee.
The holiday period: Mid-December to after the Easter holidays.
